Pugga Routhier

Pugga Routhier is a 1990 New Hampshire College graduate, he is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Pugga has been involved in the fitness and performance enhancement field for nearly twenty years. He currently spends the majority of his time working with special populations and athletes. Pugga enjoys helping his athletes and clients improve performance and function and attain a higher quality of life.

In 1995 Pugga founded/promoted the 1st annual Cape Cod Natural Body building championships. He co-produced this event for nine more years with his brother Daryl before turning the reigns over to child hood friend and fellow body builder James Carron. As well as producing the CCNBC and training dozens of natural bodybuilders Pugga also competed in natural bodybuilding for 7 years and earned numerous regional and state titles. He finished up his bodybuilding career placing in the top three at the 1998 ANBC National Championships in Boston, MA.


David Quinn

David Quinn is an AFFA Certified Personal Trainer. David has been involved in physical fitness for more than 20 years. David is a well-rounded and very knowledgeable trainer that prefers to work with a wide variety of clients. His Strengths include semi-private and small group training and the ability to adapt to the needs of each individual client.


Peter Khoury

Peter Khoury is the head Strength and Conditioning coach at Shelton State college in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. During the summer, Peter works with Personal Balance training mostly high school and college athletes. Peter’s instinctive and “old school” approach to training is very popular among our young athletes. Peter’s number one strength is the ability to motivate each and every client he trains.


Debbie Crowell

Debbie Crowell is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Debbie has been training for more than 15 years, the last 10 years with Personal Balance. Debbie applies her knowledge and experience to help her clients establish realistic and attainable goals. Debbie prefers to work with individuals looking to modify their lifestyle through regular exercise.
